½ tsp lemon juice
½ cup warm milk
1½ ripe bananas
3 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla

2 tbsp oats
METHOD
Add lemon juice to warm milk and let curdle.
Mix mashed bananas, oil, vanilla, and honey.
Fold in dry ingredients gently.
Fill muffin liners and top with banana slice and oats.
Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
