  • ½ cup warm milk

  • 1½ ripe bananas

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp oats

METHOD

  1. Add lemon juice to warm milk and let curdle.

  2. Mix mashed bananas, oil, vanilla, and honey.

  3. Fold in dry ingredients gently.

  4. Fill muffin liners and top with banana slice and oats.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
