  • ½ cup chopped chocolate

  • 110 g white sugar

  • 200 ml plain yogurt

  • 96 g all-purpose flour

  • 60 g cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 100 ml milk

  • 10 Oreo cookies, chopped

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 170–180°C. Grease and line a 6–7 inch cake tin.

  2. Whisk yogurt and sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add milk and mix well.

  4. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda together.

  5. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture. Do not overmix.

  6. Fold in chopped chocolate and Oreos.

  7. Pour batter into prepared tin.

  8. Bake 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

  9. Cool for 10–15 minutes before demoulding.
