Ingredients

  • ¼ cup icing sugar

METHOD

  1. Combine crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, and melted butter.

  2. Press firmly into a 9-inch tart tin and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Heat chocolate and cream in 30-second intervals until smooth.

  4. Pour over chilled tart base and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.

  5. Whip cream and icing sugar until semi-stiff peaks form.

  6. Add mascarpone and whip until stiff peaks form.

  7. Pipe frosting over set tart.

  8. Dust lightly with cocoa powder before serving.
