Ingredients

METHOD
Combine crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
Press firmly into a 9-inch tart tin and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat chocolate and cream in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Pour over chilled tart base and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Whip cream and icing sugar until semi-stiff peaks form.
Add mascarpone and whip until stiff peaks form.
Pipe frosting over set tart.
Dust lightly with cocoa powder before serving.
