Ingredients
240 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder

113 g butter, softened
50 g castor sugar
450 g mashed bananas
120 ml milk
63 g chocolate chips
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 9 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and coffee powder.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add mashed bananas and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture gently.
