Ingredients

  • 180 g flour

  • 100 g sugar

  • 60 ml vegetable oil

  • 285 g yogurt

  • 30 ml milk

  • 6 g baking powder

  • 3 g baking soda

  • 30 g Nutella

For the Glaze

  • 175 g melted dark chocolate

  • 30 ml vegetable oil

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a bundt pan well.

  2. Blend flour, sugar, oil, yogurt, milk, baking powder, baking soda, and Nutella until smooth.

  3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.

  4. Cool for 10 minutes before demoulding.

  5. Mix melted chocolate and oil for glaze.

  6. Once cake is completely cool, pour glaze evenly on top.
