Ingredients
180 g flour
100 g sugar
60 ml vegetable oil
285 g yogurt
30 ml milk
6 g baking powder
3 g baking soda
30 g Nutella
For the Glaze
175 g melted dark chocolate
30 ml vegetable oil
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a bundt pan well.
Blend flour, sugar, oil, yogurt, milk, baking powder, baking soda, and Nutella until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before demoulding.
Mix melted chocolate and oil for glaze.
Once cake is completely cool, pour glaze evenly on top.
